Matacan Construction Corp. is a full service General Contracting and Construction Management business. The company was established to offer residential and commercial developers experienced, efficient and cost effective Construction Management services.

Matacan specializes in offering trust-based working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.  Matacan’s preferred open book contract policies encourage a strong team effort with developers and their consultants on every project. This team approach results in cost effective, well designed, soundly constructed and profitable developments.

JEREMY K. ANDERSON, OWNER

Mr. Anderson developed his knowledge of the construction business from the ground up. His experience as a labourer, carpenter, first aid attendant and construction safety officer laid the groundwork for his education at BCIT in Architectural Engineering Technology – Economics / Construction Operations where he graduated with honours. Since completing his formal education, he has worked in a project management leadership role on major residential and commercial projects.

Mr. Anderson has a diverse level of experience, successfully managing projects varying in size and construction methods including commercial steel, residential wood frame, and mixed use high rise concrete structures. With over 20 years experience, Mr. Anderson has developed strong working relationships among Architects, Engineers, Developers, Sub-trades and Suppliers throughout the construction industry in British Columbia.

OPEN BOOK POLICY

We believe in trust based working relationships.

In contrast with traditional closed book construction contracts, our preferred contract is open book, providing clients the opportunity to see all documentation including subcontracts, invoices and quotations.
